💼 Your Mission
Own and evolve Isleño’s internal tech platform—from optimizing low-code tools (Make.com, monday.com) to building our scalable, AI-powered v1.0. You’ll architect automation, lead engineering, and help us run as a self-driving company.
🎯 What You’ll Do
✅ Own and evolve our internal systems
🤖 Design multi-agent workflows (sales, fundraising, sourcing)
🔧 Audit and optimize our current stack
🚀 Build our custom v1.0 platform from scratch
🧠 Lead a small, elite tech team
🤝 Collaborate directly with CEO & leadership
🗓 First 90 Days
- Stabilize current systems (Make.com, monday.com)
- Define agent architecture & roadmap
- Ship 2–3 high-impact automations
- Launch an AI-powered bot into production
- Present v1.0 blueprint to the exec team
🧩 What We’re Looking For
✨ 8+ years building internal platforms (low-code & full-code)
💡 Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or custom)
⚙️ Skilled in Python, JS/TS, Docker, APIs, CI/CD
📊 Fluent in Make.com, monday.com
🧱 Builder of systems—not just scripts
✍️ Great communicator who ships fast & clean
