Chief Technology & Digital Officer (CTO/CIO)

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, management, or a related field, with an undergraduate background in informatics, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of IT/digital experience, including five years in senior leadership leading multiple divisions.
- Healthcare or multi-site hospital experience is a plus, including HIS/SIMRS, EMR, PACS, SATUSEHAT, and BPJS V-Claim.
- Track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and building or managing a PMO.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data governance, including ISO 27001 and Indonesia’s personal-data-protection law.
- Experience with data management, data centres or cloud, data warehouses, analytics, AI, and digital marketing/creative work.
- Knowledge of IT governance, Capex/Opex budgeting, and vendor management.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and strong board-level communication; fluent English.
- Relevant enterprise architecture, security, IT service management, data, cloud, or project-management certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT and digital roadmap aligned with JEC Group’s business strategy.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation, from assessment and roadmap through implementation, change management, and user adoption.
- Build and manage the IT and digital PMO, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and measurable business-value goals.
- Develop technology and digital capabilities in line with business needs.
- Build integrated data management across databases, data centres/cloud, and data governance to support analytics and reporting.
- Work with hospital, clinic, and corporate business units to translate needs into suitable technology solutions.
- Ensure reliability, availability, and integration of medical and non-medical systems across the organisation.
- Ensure information security, patient-data protection, and healthcare-regulatory compliance.
- Drive AI and analytics for decision-making, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
- Lead digital and creative-content strategy, IT/digital budgets, vendors, partnerships, and a high-performing technology team.
