This tech company is building a management control platform for big companies in industries such as energy. The system is being used by multinationals to manage big (construction) projects. The company has around 100 employees and you will be responsible for an international engineering department with rougly 40 engineers divided over different offices in different countries. The core of the platform is built with Java.

For this position we are looking for a tech savvy candidate with extensive experience in leading teams in transformation, vendor management and someone with a background in software architecture. Preferably someone with a good understanding of scalability and high availability as it is a mission critical system.

Extensive experience in leading multiple engineering teams
Experience with vendor management
Prior experience as an architect
Experience in SaaS companies
A technical background is important (C++, Java, .NET)
You feel comfortable in a scale up
