Our cutting-edge platform aims to enhance the rental experience for both property owners and tenants, worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced visionary and technically adept Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. 

This role is critical in driving our technology strategy, product development, and overall tech vision to ensure our competitive edge in the market.

Role Overview:

The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring the alignment of technology-related decisions with the company's strategic goals. 

This individual will lead the technology team, manage product development, and drive innovation to create a scalable, robust, and user-centric platform. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology leadership roles within start-ups and a deep understanding of the rental and real estate sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Vision:

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Drive technological innovation and product development to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Product Development & Management:


Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with the product team to define product requirements and roadmaps.




System Architecture & Infrastructure:


Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture.
Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the company’s technology infrastructure.
Optimize technology operations and ensure seamless integration across all systems.




Team Leadership & Development:


Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish clear goals and performance metrics for team members.




Budget & Resource Management:


Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value.
Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.




Stakeholder Management:


Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive the company’s strategic direction.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders, including investors and partners.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.




Required Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within a start-up.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology and rental sectors.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in modern programming languages, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
