Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Expert-level knowledge of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack
Strong background in developing secure, scalable web/mobile applications
Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
Solid understanding of data protection regulations and security best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

You're based in the UK and ready to start ASAP, ideally within commutable distance of central London. We’d like you to be available to join us there 1 or 2 days per week, but we will consider a fully remote role for the right candidate.
