COINSEC is seeking a dynamic and experienced CTO to lead its technology vision and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering transformative results, spearheading technology innovation, and leading high-performing teams in the financial technology sector. As CTO, you will define and execute a strategic roadmap that positions COINSEC as a leader in digital assets and capital markets, ensuring our platforms meet the highest standards of scalability, security, and compliance.

Define and execute COINSEC’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Drive the adoption of innovative, cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the financial technology sector.
Act as the technology ambassador to external stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and investors.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, innovative products and services.
Develop scalable, secure, and market-aligned technology solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology-driven products meet customer and market needs.

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure technical architecture for COINSEC’s technology platforms.
Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
Drive the implementation of best practices in software development, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.

Implement and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies to protect digital assets and data.
Ensure all platforms and solutions comply with global financial regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address regulatory challenges proactively.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Promote continuous learning and professional development across the technology team.
Attract and retain top technical talent to support COINSEC’s ambitious goals.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly across operations, payments, and compliance systems.
Partner with external stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial technological and business solutions.
Provide strategic insights to the executive team on technology trends, opportunities, and risks.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the commercial implications of technological decisions.
Balance innovation with practicality, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Proven track record in a CTO or senior technology leadership role, preferably within the fintech, exchange or capital markets segments.
Extensive experience leading technology in highly regulated environments.
Expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance technology platforms.
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise security.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and foster innovation.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with cutting-edge trends, such as tokenized assets, decentralized finance, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
Experience with API integrations, real-time data processing, and financial workflows.
Deep understanding of global regulatory environments and compliance frameworks for capital markets.
