Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Netherlands - Full-time, Permanent
I'm partnered with is a scale-up hiring for a CTO to help a team of dedicated engineers as they are poised for rapid growth.
As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our organization. You will lead a team of 10 talented engineers and collaborate closely with other key stakeholders to drive innovation and accelerate our growth trajectory. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned engineering leader to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the technological roadmap of the company, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of customer data.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in software engineering, with a deep understanding of modern development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Dutch would be a plus.
