We are seeking an experienced, strategic CTO to lead the technology function for a fast-growing crypto quant trading firm based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will drive the vision for our trading infrastructure and technology systems, helping the firm scale its operations and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What You’ll Do:

Define and execute the technical strategy for the trading infrastructure, including execution, data, and backtesting systems
Lead and scale a high-performing team of engineers and quants to deliver complex technology solutions
Collaborate closely with traders and researchers to drive business and tech alignment
Oversee system architecture, cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and security
Make key decisions on technology and innovation to ensure long-term growth and scalability

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership experience in building and scaling trading technology platforms
Proficient in Python and/or C++with a strategic focus on team and tech direction
In-depth experience with trading systems (crypto or traditional) and understanding of market data, execution, and latency optimization
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, on-chain analytics, or crypto-native infrastructure
