We are seeking an experienced CTO to spearhead our technology initiatives and drive innovation within our organization. As a key leader, you will oversee the development of advanced applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React, ensuring that our technological framework aligns with our business goals. Job requirements

About you:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Clear communication and ability to work with stakeholders, business orientation
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure
Experience in a leadership role within a product company (live casino is a plus)
Solid technical and architectural background in building secure, high-performance systems

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire all the dev teams of the company
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems
Interact with business stakeholders, communicating requirements, and dealing with contradictions
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle
Identify problems, find innovative solutions, think critically, and work under pressure
Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas
Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring that our platform remains cutting-edge, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s growth
Lead, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
Oversee the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
Work closely with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure that the technology meets both current and future needs of the business
Supervise the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and iteration. Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products on time
Identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvements in development processes. Establish and track key performance metrics
Oversee the identification of technological risks and the development of mitigation strategies. Ensure robust security practices are in place
Ensure that systems are designed to scale and perform under high traffic loads, while maintaining high reliability and uptime
