We are looking for a strong, hands-on engineering leader who can stabilize, transform, and scale a high-load product platform.
This role is for someone who is not just strategic, but deeply technical — ready to dive into architecture, challenge decisions, and take ownership of platform reliability.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as CTO / Technical Architect / Head of Engineering
- Strong hands-on technical background — comfortable going deep into architecture and, when needed, into the code
- Strong experience with .NET ecosystem (architecture, performance optimization, scalability)
- Solid practical experience with AWS Cloud (infrastructure design, scalability, reliability, cost optimization)
- Proven experience with high-load systems and fault-tolerant architecture
- Strong understanding of modern backend & frontend frameworks and scalable product architecture
- Experience building and restructuring engineering teams (clear ownership, accountability, strong tech leads)
- Track record of platform stabilization and incident reduction
- Experience setting engineering standards, conducting architectural reviews, and making key technical decisions
- Strong communication skills across engineering, product, and business
- Solid people management: 1:1s, leadership development, transparent growth paths, burnout prevention
- Experience working in transformation environments
- iGaming / gambling background is a strong plus
🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Stabilizing the platform and significantly increasing reliability
- Reducing incidents and eliminating systemic technical issues
- Personally driving architectural and key technical decisions
- Designing and optimizing infrastructure within AWS Cloud
- Strengthening and scaling the platform built on .NET
- Building a transparent engineering structure with clear ownership
- Optimizing development and delivery processes
- Implementing strong engineering standards and quality controls
- Developing tech leads and key team members
- Strengthening collaboration between product, business, and engineering
- Ensuring stable platform performance for existing brands and creating a predictable delivery environment
