We’re hiring a hands-on CTO for a high-growth fintech disrupting the UAE’s auto-finance sector. This role is mission-critical—leading all technical efforts from platform development to banking integrations across ADCB, Emirates NBD, and DIB.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of a compliant, scalable financial platform
- Own real-time transaction engine and API integrations with banks
- Guide the dev team with clarity through sprints, compliance demands, and go-lives
- Balance security, speed, and stability in a regulated environment
Requirements
- 12+ years in tech/product/software engineering (preferably fintech)
- Proven banking integration experience (APIs, real-time systems)
- Background in consumer lending, payments, or transaction-based products
- Leadership in regulated ecosystems (banking/fintech startups)
- Bachelors in Computer Science (Masters preferred)
Bonus Points
- Automotive lending or embedded credit platform experience
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulatory tech requirements
