About Buildin

Our Client is building an AI-native platform to make construction, renovation and project management significantly more affordable and accessible to Indian households. We are looking for a founding CTO to own and build the entire technology organisation, with the opportunity to shape the companys technical future and participate meaningfully in its equity through ESOPs.

Key Responsibilities

* Own Buildins complete technology vision, architecture and engineering roadmap.

* Build the end-to-end web and mobile product, backend infrastructure and integrations.

* Lead development of AI/LLM-powered workflows, intelligent agents and automation systems.

* Develop AI capabilities for project onboarding, professional matching, cost estimation, document processing, scheduling and project coordination.

* Establish scalable cloud infrastructure, databases, security and data architecture.

* Build and lead the engineering, AI and product technology teams.

* Work closely with the CEO and business leadership to translate operational requirements into technology.

* Take ownership from MVP development through product launch and subsequent scaling.

Ideal Candidate

* Strong hands-on software engineering and architecture experience.

* Experience building technology products from an early stage.

* Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, APIs, cloud infrastructure and modern development frameworks.

* Experience building and leading engineering teams.

* Product-oriented mindset with the ability to balance rapid execution and scalable architecture.

* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership from day one.
