About the Role
HiMambo is entering its next chapter, and we’re looking for a new Chief Technology Officer to lead it.
As we scale our marketplace platform, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on technology leader who can take ownership of our product architecture, engineering culture, and long-term technical vision.

- Align technology decisions with business goals
- Drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in a startup or marketplace environment
- Strong background in scalable web architectures
- Experience with product-led growth and platform optimization
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
- C1 English level
- Spanish and/or German proficiency (Desired but not essential)
