As CTO at Nostrion, you are responsible for the overall technical vision, architecture, and execution of the platform. You lead the translation of business priorities into a scalable and realistic technology roadmap, ensuring that product ambitions are supported by robust technical foundations. You make strategic decisions on architecture, security, scalability, and engineering standards, while staying closely involved in the practical realities of product and platform development.

You act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering. You help define priorities, make trade-offs visible, and ensure the company builds the right things in the right way. In a lean environment, you combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight, guiding the engineering team toward high-quality execution and long-term maintainability.

Security, tenant isolation, reliability, and operational excellence are core to your thinking. You ensure the platform is built to support regulated use cases and enterprise expectations from day one.

You have strong experience in senior technical leadership roles and a proven track record of building scalable software platforms. You are comfortable defining architecture, mentoring engineering teams, and translating company strategy into concrete technical decisions.

You understand modern backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security principles, and software delivery processes. You can balance speed and pragmatism with technical quality and long-term vision. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are able to align teams around a shared direction.

You enjoy building from the ground up, making decisions with incomplete information, and taking ownership in a high-growth environment.

You work closely with the Product Lead, Platform Engineers, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders. You are the technical anchor of the company and play a key role in shaping both the team and the platform.
