About the Role
Location: EU – Remote or Zagreb, Croatia - Hybrid
Reporting to: Founder
The role
The CTO will lead Oradian’s technology organization across engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, and reliability. You will own and shape the technology strategy, strengthen execution, and ensure the platform continues to scale and perform in line with customers’ high-growth needs and the company’s ambitions.
This is a highly cross-functional and externally visible role. The CTO will be a key partner to the founders and leadership team, a leader for the technology organization, and a credible voice with customers, prospects, and senior stakeholders. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can roll up their sleeves.
You are a team player who collaborates closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading technology organizations in high-growth B2B software companies
- Deep enterprise software experience in mission-critical systems, systems of record, or other high-reliability environments
- Strong technical credibility across modern software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and operationally demanding systems
- A track record of building high-performing teams, hiring exceptional talent, and developing strong leaders
- Experience improving engineering quality, execution, and organizational effectiveness at scale
- A team player who collaborates closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales
- Strong customer-facing credibility, with the ability to engage confidently with both existing customers and prospects
- Excellent judgment, high standards, and the ability to balance speed, flexibility, and platform discipline
- Ability to leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, automation) where they create measurable value
