We’re building an AI autopilot for life decisions, starting with college admissions. We’re building long-horizon agents that plan and execute. This helps students own the college and career decisions and the entire journey that comes with it.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer/EIR/Chief Technology Officer who wants to build something from first principles, not just ship features. We have the products live for the first use case, but looking for a ‘cracked’ engineer to execute on the long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Build the core system from 0 → 1 (not just APIs on top of APIs)
- Design and ship multi-agent, long-horizon systems
- Own architecture, product, and technical direction
- Work directly with founders on what to build and why
Qualifications
- Ideally, a former founder or someone who has built from scratch
Required Skills
- Strong product + engineering instinct (not just coding)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Preferred Skills
- Bonus: prior EXIT or experience building at scale
Pay range and compensation package
- Equity-based for now
