We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology team in One97 Communications Limited, located in the Banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies to drive business growth.
Lead and manage a team of technologists to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge financial services solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs.
Oversee the development and maintenance of all technology systems and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar senior technology leadership role.
Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development methodologies.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative technology solutions.
Experience working in the Banking industry is preferred.
