About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology team in One97 Communications Limited, located in the Banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management and leadership.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of technologists to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge financial services solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of all technology systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the technology team.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar senior technology leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative technology solutions.
- Experience working in the Banking industry is preferred.
