- We can use a car now for profitable business platforms like we used a smart-phone 15 years ago to create totally new use cases with high customer and shareholder value?
- Current AI boom for in-cabin is creating some nice features, but is not a sustainable business model for the future?
- Necessary cost-cutting at most big OEMs will especially destroy the ability of automotive in-cabin projects to scale and succeed?
- New customer focused use cases and business models can not be build inside OEMs with a long history and company culture?
- A cooperation between 3-4 different automotive OEMs would bring them the critical minimum voice in the market to scale the solution fast and generate for all an USP against competitors and new market entrants?

You demonstrated leadership, but love to work and build in day 0 settings?

We bring a new disruptive venture out-of-stealth and prepare launch in Q2/2026.
A minimum work experience of 6 years is a must. But passion and entrepreneurial spirit matter more than years.
Tasks for CTO role f.i.:
- Leadership skill to build in 2 years a 200+ person organization.
- Design and develop advanced applications, which can run on current car OS architectures.
- Manage AI teams.
- Use Github, download new software versions, make changes, and upload the latest version.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new application features.
- Implement external data sources and APIs (application programming interfaces).
- Find and troubleshoot bugs in new and existing applications.
- Discover, evaluate, and continuously implement new technologies to enhance application performance.
Requirements:
- Ability to build next generation AI First solutions and models for AI on the edge (in a car).
- LLM, ML/AI Accelerators; experience in imaging, pattern recognition, machine learning, expert systems, Natural Language Programming.
