We’ve worked with 100+ startups and supported fundraising across sectors like DefenceTech, FinTech, and AgriTech. As we scale, we are now building a tech-enabled venture platform to bring structure, visibility, and intelligence into how startups are built and scaled.
Role Description
We’re looking for a CTO / Tech Co-founder to build and lead StartoPreneur’s technology vision from the ground up.
This is not a typical service-based or execution role. The focus is on building core infrastructure and intelligence systems that power a venture studio.
You will work closely with the founder to convert execution frameworks into scalable platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build StartoPreneur’s internal OS to manage startup lifecycle, fundraising pipelines, and investor interactions
- Develop diagnostic and assessment tools for evaluating startups (idea, GTM, investment readiness)
- Create portfolio tracking systems with dashboards for financials, growth, runway, and milestones
- Translate internal workflows into scalable tech products with potential SaaS play
- Define tech architecture and build a lean, high-quality tech team over time
- Build a data layer to generate insights and enable smarter decision-making
