Key Responsibilities:

• Drive architecture decisions across AI, backend, mobile, and web ecosystems.

• Standardize tools, frameworks, and engineering practices across all teams.

• Lead development of AI/ML features using Python, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and deep learning frameworks.

• Manage data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment.

• Translate AI capabilities into real product features that increase revenue and efficiency.

• Architect scalable microservices using Python and Node.js.

• Build fast, secure, and maintainable APIs and backend services.

• Integrate AI layers with backend operations for automation and intelligent workflows.

• Ensure performance optimization, security, accessibility, and seamless UX.

• Lead the integration of AI-driven features into web applications.

• Supervise development of mobile apps (iOS/Android) using Flutter, React Native, or native stacks.

• Ensure smooth integration with backend APIs and AI engines.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery and store deployment.

• Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using AWS/GCP.

• Oversee DevOps pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and automation.

• Optimize cloud and compute costs, especially for AI workloads.

• Manage privacy, ethical AI use, model monitoring, and compliance standards.

• Build and lead high-performing teams: AI Engineers, Backend Developers, Mobile Engineers, Web Developers, DevOps, and QA.

• Define career paths, training plans, performance KPIs, and engineering culture.

• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, HR, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in Python + Node.js at system architecture level.

• Strong background in AI/ML/LLMs, model deployment, and MLOps.

• Experience building scalable web and mobile applications.

• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and system design.

• Experience with vector databases, API orchestration, and CI/CD automation.

• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

• Strong communication skills when collaborating with C-level executives
