The selected candidate will be an integral part of an international team and will be responsible for leading the evaluation and selection of vendors for the development of a new application aimed at the Middle East market.

Collaborate with the consulting team to analyze vendor proposals and define the project's technical requirements.
Prepare technical documentation for vendor selection.
Define project timelines.
Define the composition of the project team.

Significant experience in managing complex IT projects.

Excellent knowledge of major frameworks and technologies for application development.
Experience in managing development teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Leadership and project management skills in multicultural environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Availability: Willingness to reside in the Middle East for an initial period of 2-3 months and subsequently a presence of approximately 1 week per month.
