🚀 CTO Co-Founder Wanted — VOXD AI (Switzerland / Remote)
We’re looking for a CTO Co-Founder to join VOXD AI, an AI-powered matchmaking platform connecting speakers and event organisers. The MVP is ready and launching publicly, and we’re now building the founding team to scale it responsibly.
About VOXD AI
- AI-driven B2B marketplace
- Public launch imminent (product already built)
- Strong focus on data security, reliability, and scalability
- Swiss-based founding team (Zurich & Vaud), international reach
Your Role as CTO & Co-Founder
- Own the technical vision and long-term architecture
- Have experience in blockchain based software development
- Take responsibility for hardening, scaling, and securing the live platform
- Lead infrastructure, backend, and AI decisions
- Set engineering standards and technical roadmap
- Work closely with CEO (product & strategy) and CMO (growth & brand)
- Actively participate in fundraising and grant applications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical founder profile (backend / full-stack)
- Experience with AI systems, marketplaces, or data-intensive platforms
- Proven ability to take ownership of a live production system
- Security- and quality-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in early-stage, founder-level environments
- Switzerland based
