Role Overview
We are looking for a CTO with 10+ years of experience in building startups and leading tech ecosystems end-to-end.
This is not a maintenance CTO role.
This is a 0 → 1 → Scale technology leadership role.
You will architect, build, and scale the complete tech backbone across healthcare, wellness, food operations, user apps, dashboards, and data systems.
Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Technology Vision & Architecture

Role Overview
We are looking for a CTO with 10+ years of experience in building startups and leading tech ecosystems end-to-end.
This is not a maintenance CTO role.
This is a 0 → 1 → Scale technology leadership role.
You will architect, build, and scale the complete tech backbone across healthcare, wellness, food operations, user apps, dashboards, and data systems.
Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Technology Vision & Architecture
- Define overall tech roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Design scalable system architecture
- Decide tech stack (frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, data)
- Build secure, compliant systems (health data sensitivity aware)
2️⃣ Product Development
- Lead MVP to full-product transition
- Build user-facing apps (B2C + B2B dashboards)
- Integrate analytics, tracking, and reporting layers
- Oversee UI/UX implementation with product team
- Implement feedback-to-iteration cycles
3️⃣ Data & Intelligence Layer
- Design structured data capture models
- Create measurable outcome dashboards
- Develop predictive or recommendation systems (long term)
- Ensure scalable database and cloud infrastructure
4️⃣ Team & Execution
- Build and lead tech team
- Manage developers, designers, and product managers
- Create sprint systems and release cycles
- Ensure documentation and structured workflows
5️⃣ Fundraising & Strategic Role
- Support investor discussions on tech scalability
- Present technical vision in pitch meetings
- Assist in valuation positioning from tech strength
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of startup tech experience
- Has built and scaled at least one startup (0 → growth stage)
- Strong in full-stack ecosystem thinking
- Experience with health-tech, food-tech, SaaS, or marketplace models preferred
- Understands data architecture and scalability
- Comfortable building with limited initial resources
- Strategic + hands-on execution capability
Equity Structure
- Pure equity-based leadership position
- Significant equity allocation based on commitment and depth
- 5-year vesting structure
- Formal co-founder level agreement
- Compensation begins post funding or revenue stability
