Your Role
As a member of the Business Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across the CTO-related organizations, including IT, Product & Engineering, InfoSec, CDO, and AEG. You will oversee:
- Budgeting
- Procurement components
- Vendor management
- Operational tracking
You will also collaborate closely with business leaders, manage ad hoc projects, drive efficiencies, and perform critical reporting to ensure operational excellence and accountability.

What You’ll Do
- Help manage comprehensive budgeting processes, including creating, tracking, and reporting actuals to maintain financial integrity and accuracy.
- Engage in procurement activities, including purchase order (PO) creation, processing, and documentation retention/compliance.
- Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounting processes, including accruals, receiving management, and timely vendor payments.
- Capture, track, and liaise with project teams and PMO areas, maintaining current financial status updates.
- Expand CTO and sub-group reporting to provide clear insights into operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Build and grow partnerships with business leaders and drive alignment across operational processes.
- Apply strong knowledge and experience in GAAP accounting and rules.
- Execute budgeting and financial actual/budget tracking processes.
- Manage PO creation, documentation retention, compliance, engagement tracking, and receiving/accrual processes.
- Maintain productive internal and external relationships, including vendor and business partner relationships.
- Operate ERP financial systems (procurement, AP, GL, reporting) in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage ad hoc projects and deliver insightful leadership reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with business leads and cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Our Compensation Philosophy
- Highly competitive compensation and benefits

Compensation Range: $120,000–130,000 annually (base salary)
