We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy. This is a full-time, remote position working US hours (9am-5pm EST).

- Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals.
- Lead and mentor technology teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of technology systems and infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their potential application to the business.
- Ensure the security and integrity of technology systems and data, managing risks effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions into business processes.
- Manage budgets and resources for technology projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, system architecture, and application development.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage budgets and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours.
Education
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
