I'm supporting a well backed startup with $1bn+ in assets under management, poised for rapid growth. Looking for a technical leader to build out the tean and lead from a technical stand point.

Lead the development of robust, scalable systems, architecting solutions with cutting-edge full-stack tech and blockchain expertise. Drive innovative projects, ensuring excellence in execution and technical leadership.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing dev team.
Full-Stack Expertise: Develop with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
Create and deploy smart contracts; master POH consensus.
Cross-Chain Solutions: Innovate on interoperability and seamless blockchain integration.
Containerization: Implement scalable, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience: 5+ years in full-stack environments; team leadership in tech-focused roles.
Demonstrated experience in smart contract development.
Cross-Chain & DeFi: Background in multi-chain projects is a strong plus.
Problem Solver: Transform complex concepts into practical solutions.
