FlavorScale is moving its headquarters to Amsterdam, and we are looking for a tech visionary to lead our 2.0 evolution. We aren't looking for a "manager", we want a builder and a leader. Someone who is obsessed with clean IT architecture, high-velocity shipping, and a true foodie by heart.

We have moved past the MVP stage and are now engineering a sophisticated, AI-driven machine designed for the next generation of digital natives. If you believe static star ratings are dead and video-first discovery is the future, we need to talk. 🤙

You will own the technical roadmap as we scale our current Flutter & Google Firebase-based stack into a high-performance infrastructure on Google Cloud

- Flutter Mastery: You should be comfortable leveling up our cross-platform mobile experience

- Architecting the Feed: Building a seamless, high-signal discovery environment that replaces the "noise" of generalist social platforms

- Predictive AI: Developing the recommendation engine that powers our "Insights-as-a-Service" B2B platform

- Video Mastery: Optimizing authentic, short-form video content delivery for a high-intent audience

- Lead by Doing: You are not afraid to get your hands dirty with code while simultaneously making high-level architecture decisions and mentoring future hires

- App-Native & Firebase Pro: You enjoy owning the backend, data model, and APIs from day one

- Ready to Scale: You will be the technical face of our upcoming Seed Round starting late August

- Living in the Netherlands is a major PRE. * Applicants from other Northwestern European countries are welcome, but relocation to the Netherlands after the Seed Round is required.

- You are ready to join as a co-founder with equity from day one; post-funding, we move to an agreed startup salary

- You must be fluent in English and at least one other Northwestern European language

Our Pilot in Copenhagen was a massive success. We validated our core thesis with high user engagement and saw incredible traction from participating restaurants who finally found an alternative to high-commission delivery apps. Now, we are bringing that momentum to Amsterdam.
