Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in London. The Fractional CTO will oversee the company's technological infrastructure, lead software and product development, design IT strategies, and evaluate new technologies to enhance business operations. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical projects, and ensuring the technology roadmap aligns with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development, with the ability to guide and oversee technical teams
- Expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture to align technology with business goals
- Strong Project Management skills for the successful delivery of technical initiatives
- Experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to improve business outcomes
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in the luxury retail or e-commerce sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
