About the Role
Group CTO - Relocation to Vilnius, Lithuania
- PE / VC Portfolio | Multi-Venture Platform | Europe
- €200k base (flexible)
- Bonus + equity participation (0.5 Million package)
- Full accommodation and travel allowance covered for the entire tenure
We are partnering with a high-velocity PE/VC-backed portfolio building and scaling multiple digital-first consumer businesses across Europe and the US.
This is not a traditional single-entity CTO role.
This is a Group CTO mandate operating across a portfolio of performance-driven ventures, responsible for bringing clarity, execution discipline and commercial impact to a complex technology landscape.
The platform has ambitious growth plans toward a $1bn+ portfolio valuation by 2027 and is investing heavily in AI, data infrastructure and scalable systems to support that trajectory.
The Group CTO will:
- Bring ownership, accountability and execution velocity across a fragmented tech environment
- Simplify martech, payments and data infrastructure across multiple ventures
- Translate commercial strategy into measurable technical delivery
- Establish light-weight governance that accelerates rather than slows the business
- Drive pragmatic AI deployment tied directly to revenue and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with the Founder / CEO and portfolio leadership
This role requires someone comfortable operating at board level while remaining close enough to execution to drive results.

- Multi-brand, multi-product ecosystem
- Performance marketing heavy (paid acquisition-led growth)
- Centralised engineering model with venture dynamics
- Fast pace, high accountability
This is a builder environment, not a corporate one.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading 50-60+ engineers
- Exposure to venture studio, portfolio or PE/VC-backed environments
- Strong martech and performance-stack fluency
- Experience in subscription / payments infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity
- Track record of restructuring engineering teams where required
- AI implementation experience linked to commercial outcomes
- Decisive operator — comfortable forcing decisions
Not a pure infrastructure architect.
Not a slide-deck strategist.
Not a slow-cycle enterprise CTO.
